With over 40 years in dinnerware and tile manufacturing, Charles Shafer offers a plant-wide range of ceramic production experience to clients seeking ceramic consulting services.

His extensive technical knowledge began with a Bachelor of Science degree in Ceramic Engineering from Alfred University. He gained experience from a wide-range of technical development work, shop-floor trouble-shooting, and over 20 years of hands-on operational management. He held positions for 10 years in bone china manufacturing, 24 years in stoneware production, and 6 years in vitrified china manufacturing.
